1. Free Tier & Trials
Startify offers a free tier allowing users to evaluate core platform features risk-free. No credit card is required to get started with the free plan.
2. Paid Subscription Refunds
If you upgrade to a paid Startify subscription plan and find that the platform does not meet your business requirements, you are eligible for a 14-day full money-back guarantee on your initial purchase.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team at billing@startify.com within 14 days of your purchase with your workspace ID and payment transaction receipt. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your workspace will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle without any further charges.
