By registering for or using Startify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Workspace Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your workspace login credentials, maintaining accurate billing details, and for all activities conducted within your Startify workspace account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All pricing details are clearly shown in your workspace dashboard prior to checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership over the content, branding, and customer records uploaded to your workspace. Startify retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, and code powering the platform.

5. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings. Startify reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate platform policies or engage in abusive behavior.
